Itinerary.
Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu – Pashupatinath Darshan & Aarti
Airport greeting and hotel check-in. Visit sacred Pashupatinath Temple, one of Hinduism's most revered shrines. Witness Sandhya Aarti on the banks of the Bagmati River with flickering lamps and priestly chants at dusk.
Day 2
Kathmandu to Pokhara via Manakamana Temple
Scenic drive to Pokhara. Stop at Kurintar for thrilling cable car ascent to Manakamana Devi Temple shrine. Continue through lush hills and river valleys to arrive in Pokhara by evening.
Day 3
Sunrise at Sarangkot & Pokhara City Tour
Early drive to Sarangkot for sunrise over the Annapurna range including Machhapuchhre. Full-day tour: Devi's Fall, Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave, Seti River Gorge, Bindabasini Temple, and boat ride on Phewa Lake to Taal Barahi Temple.
Day 4
Return to Kathmandu – Local Exploration
Drive back to Kathmandu with countryside views. Visit Jal Narayan Temple (Budhanilkantha) with Lord Vishnu reclining in lotus pond. Explore Swayambhunath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square with Kumari Ghar. Evening free in Thamel.
Day 5
Patan & Bhaktapur Day Tour
Cultural day trip to ancient cities. Patan Durbar Square features exquisite temples and fine metalwork. UNESCO site Bhaktapur showcases medieval charm, Nyatapola Temple, Pottery Square, and vibrant artisan workshops. Return to Kathmandu by evening.
Day 6
Full Day Sightseeing in Kathmandu
Visit iconic Swayambhunath Stupa, the ancient Buddhist shrine known as Monkey Temple. Observe glimmering eyes of Buddha gazing in all directions and fluttering prayer flags for a deeply spiritual experience. Rest of day for cultural exploration or shopping.
Day 7
Departure from Kathmandu
Enjoy free time until flight. Optional scenic Everest Mountain Flight at 6:00 AM (extra cost). Airport transfer approximately 3 hours before departure with blessings and memories from the journey.
