Cancellation policy

One ladder. No fine print buried at the bottom. The ladder applies to every Omvity tour and service unless explicitly stated otherwise on the tour page.

The standard ladder

  • 30+ days before departure: 10% processing fee, full refund of the rest.
  • 20–29 days before: 50% refund.
  • Less than 20 days before: No refund — but rescheduling within six months is possible, subject to availability and any rate difference.

Festival blackout

Bookings with travel dates between 15 December and 15 January (peak winter season around Christmas, New Year and Pausha) are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for these dates.

Force majeure

For closures triggered by government action, natural disaster, civil unrest, or pandemic-related restrictions that make the trip impossible, we will offer a full credit to be used within twelve months. Cash refunds in such cases are at our discretion and net of unrecoverable supplier costs (hotel deposits, train tickets, etc.).

How to cancel

Email getomvity@gmail.com from the address you used to book, or message your Omvity coordinator directly on WhatsApp. Cancellations are timestamped from the moment we receive your written request.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
